이상엽은 글을 쓰고 전시를 기획한다. 학부와 대학원에서 큐레이터학과 예술학을 공부했으며, 2020년 석사학위 논문으로 『동시대 미술과 장식의 새로운 관계성 연구: 미술로서 장식, 장식으로서 미술』을 썼다. 강수민의 개인전 《땀이 잔치》(OS, 2020)와 단체전 《장식전》(오래된집, 2020), 《살아 있는 관계 Living Relation》 (남산둘레길, 2021-2022)를 기획했다. 

Sangyeop Rhii is an independent writer and curator based in Seoul. She received a B.F.A in Curatorial Studies from Dongduk Women’s University in 2015, and a MA in Art theory from Hongik University in 2020. Her master thesis was “A Study on the New Relationship between Contemporary Art and Ornament/Decoration”. Recently, she curated Kang Soomin’s solo exhibition A Sweaty Feast (OS, 2020), and the group exhibition An Exhibition of Decoration (Old House, 2020), Living Relation(Namsan Dulegil, 2021-2022).
